Strategic Application Session
Package 1: The Game Plan
Two hours. The place to start.
Before a single word gets written, your student needs a plan. In this session, we look at the whole application the way an admissions reader will and figure out what story it's already telling, and what it still needs to say.
What we cover:
The big picture: what the transcript and activities already say, and the thread that ties them together.
Essay direction: settle the personal statement direction.
School list: start building a balanced list of reach, target, and likely schools and the supplemental essays they require.
The overlooked sections: flag anything the activities list or Additional Information section should carry.
Timeline: a calendar that works backward from your earliest deadline, including any Early Decision or Early Action dates.
What you leave with:
A written one-page application plan.
A clear essay direction, the thing most families are still guessing at when deadlines hit.

Essay Mastery
Package 2: The Main Event
The Common App essay, start to finish.
This is the one essay every college on your list will read, and the one most students spend all summer avoiding. We don't avoid it. We start with what your student actually has to say and finish with an essay that sounds unmistakably like them.
What we cover:
Strategy and brainstorming session: we dig past the obvious topics to find the story only your student can tell, then pick the prompt and direction.
Outline: a simple structure before drafting begins, so the first draft has somewhere to go.
Unlimited drafts over four weeks: your student writes, and I send back feedback on every draft within 48 hours.
Line-by-line editing: sharpening structure, voice, and word choice while keeping every sentence in your student's own words.
Final read before submission: a last check for polish, the 650-word limit, and anything that reads differently in the Common App text box.
What you leave with:
A finished, submission-ready Common App essay.
An essay your student is genuinely proud to send.
Good to know:
Format: sessions virtual or in person, with drafts shared and edited in Google Docs.
Best time to start: summer before senior year, or at least six weeks before your earliest deadline.
Already did the Game Plan? Your essay direction is set, so we go straight to drafting, and your Game Plan fee credits toward this package if booked within two weeks.

Package 3: The Full Read
Everything colleges will read that isn't a transcript.
Admissions officers read the whole file, not just the essay. This package covers every written piece of it, from the first brainstorm in summer through your last regular-decision deadline. For Early Decision students, it's the package that keeps November from becoming a crisis.
What we cover:
The Game Plan, included: the full strategy session, school list, and one-page application plan.
The personal statement: everything in the Main Event, from brainstorming to final read.
Supplemental essays for up to six schools: including "Why us?" essays, with a strategy for adapting strong material across schools so your student isn't writing 20 essays from scratch.
The activities list: turning 150-character descriptions into proof, not filler.
The Additional Information section: the part of the Common App most families don't know exists, used well or deliberately left blank.
Deadline management: a shared tracker so nothing slips between Early Decision, Early Action, and Regular Decision.
Final application review: a full read of each application before your student hits submit.
What you leave with:
Every written piece of every application, finished and consistent.
A student who submits on time, without the all-nighter.
Good to know:
Timeline: summer through your last regular-decision deadline.
Feedback turnaround: within [48 hours] on every draft.
More than six schools? Additional schools are $250.00 each.
Game Plan credit: if you started with the Game Plan, the fee credits toward this package if booked within two weeks.

Honors colleges and programs: separate honors applications count as one school toward your eight. Additional honors applications are $250 each ($400 for applications requiring multiple long essays).
Hourly Coaching:
For everything that doesn't fit a package.
Sometimes a family needs a second opinion, not a full program. Hourly coaching covers:
A fresh read on a finished draft.
Transfer and scholarship essays.
Deferral letters, waitlist letters, and interview prep.
The student who needs two focused hours the week before a deadline.
Investment: $250/hour, two-hour minimum. Sessions are virtual or in person.
